الحبيب عمر بن حفيظ: وإذ أوصلتنا إلى النصف الأخير من شهر شعبان، فارزقنا حسن الاستعداد لرمضان وبلِّغنا رمضان، على خير الأحوال وعلى خير الوجوه، وعلى خير الشؤون في الظهور وفي البطون؛ حتى نسعد بالنصيب الوافي الأكبر السامي العظيم الجليل مِن نظرتك في أول ليلة من رمضان إلى أمة حبيبك محمد، ومن نظرتَ إليه لم تُعذِّبه أبدا، فانظر إلينا يا ربنا، ووَفِّر حظنا من ليلة النظرة، ووَفِّر حظنا من ليلة القدر، ووَفِّر حظنا من كل ليلة من ليالي رمضان، واقسم لنا بالنصيب الوافي فيما بقي من ليالي شعبان، وارزقنا حُسن الاستعداد لذاك الشهر وما فيه، وما تجود به على أهليه، واجعلنا عندك في خواصِّ أهليه، فيمن تُحِبّهُ وترتضيه، وتُقرِّبه وتُدنيه، وترفعه وتُعليه، وتَنتقيهِ وتصطفيه، يا الله.

الترجمة إلى الإنجليزية (In English):

Now you have allowed us to reach the final half of the month of Sha’ban, we ask you to allow us to make a good preparation for Ramadan and that you allow us to reach Ramadan whilst we are upon the best of states and ways, the best of inward and outward states so that we may be felicitous by receiving a great, lofty, grand and gracious portion of your gaze upon the nation of your beloved ﷺ on the first night of Ramadan. Whomsoever you gaze upon, you never subject them to your punishment.

Gaze upon us, O our Lord! Make abundant our portion from the Night of The Gaze, and make abundant our portion from the Night of Power and from every night of Ramadan! And grant us a great portion of goodness from what remains in the nights of Sha’ban. Bless us with better preparing for this upcoming month and for all its goodness, and that which you pour upon the doers of righteousness. Make us from the elite of its people, those you love and are pleased with. From those you draw closer and near to you. Make us from those who you raise and elevate. And from those you choose and cleanse. Ya Allah!
