وجب على أهل كل بلد وأهل كل بُقعة ومسكن من المؤمنين أن يحفظوها ويُحافظوا عليها، وأن يدفعوا عنها شر الاغتصاب والاعتداء، والتسلُّط والتجبُّر، أو نشر الفساد أو نشر الكفر أو نشر الضلال، تِلكُم مهمات من مهمات المؤمنين، وأول ما تبدأ به بيتك فتُصفِّيه، تُصفِّيه عن أن تدخلهُ برامج من يدعو إلى فساد، برامج من يقلب الحقائق، ويصوِّر الأشياء على غير ما هي عليه؛ فتنخر في فكر ابنك أو ابنتك أو زوجتك، فيقع احتلال لأعداء الله وسط أفكاركم وسط الديار، وذلكم هو السُلّم لهم لأن يأخذوا الأراضي من تحت أرجلكم، وأن يأخذوها من بين أيديكم، إذا قد استحلّوا عقولكم وإذا قد استحلوا أفكاركم
English translation (مترجم بالانجليزية):
It is the duty of the inhabitants of every land and dwelling of the faithful, to safeguard and protect it.
They must repel the evils of forcible, illegal seizure and aggression, dominance, and tyranny, and the spread of corruption, disbelief, and misguidance.
These are among the responsibilities of the believers.
The first place to start is your home. Purify it!
Purify it from programs of those who promote corruption, programs that invert the truth, and present things contrary to their reality, eating away at the minds of your sons, daughters, or spouse, leading to an occupation by the enemies of God of your minds and homes.
This paves their way to take the lands from beneath your feet and from your hands, once they've unlawfully seized your minds and thoughts.
